Telephone & e-mail support
We appreciate that there are sometimes occasions when a student may need ad-hoc guidance or advice regarding a particular topic or problem within the Maths or Physics syllabus they are studying.
Such a requirement may not demand a structured face-to-face tuition session, or indeed, there may be other restrictions on such personal meetings taking place eg travelling distance, time constraints etc.
It is to address these circumstances, that we now offer a telephone and e-mail support service to any student, regardless of their location in the country.
For a very small nominal fee (per term or per academic year) a student may contact us at any time convenient to themselves, and request assistance.
We will then do all we can to either offer such assistance immediately, or as soon as is practicable.
We wish to make it clear that we do not, under any circumstances, do student's specific homework or coursework for them, but we can offer constructive guidance regarding the underlying principles relating to the topic(s), and perhaps discuss similar examples that explain and demonstrate the learning principles involved.
